GetSetPortfolio provides an AI-powered resume builder that analyzes your current resume against a job description and generates a tailored, ATS-optimized version. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding job placement or interview success.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API endpoints.
  • You must not upload content that violates third-party rights or contains malware.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetSetPortfolio. The AI-generated resume content is yours to use freely. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated resume content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review your generated resume before submitting to employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSetPortfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
